How do shipping and returns work?
Orders placed before 4:00 PM IST are typically dispatched within 24 hours, with free standard shipping on orders of ₹2,000 or above. Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Full terms are on the Shipping and Returns pages.
How do I book a salon ritual?
Through The Beauty Suite: choose a curated partner salon or bridal atelier, book online, and pay a deposit; the balance is settled at the venue. The House curates and verifies partners but does not operate the salons.
